We recently upgraded to 7.31.UD5, and I'm experiencing a strange problem. Whenever I specify "SET EXPLAIN ON" in dbaccess, I get the error message:

534: Cannot open EXPLAIN output file.
1: Not owner

I AM the owner. I've tried deleting the file (sqexplain.out) to allow dbaccess to recreate the file, but that was not helpful. According to the documentation, the file should be created in the current directory, which is my directory.

The engine is running on the same machine as I am logged into.

Any suggestions?
