I am runing a program in informix-4GL 7.30 UC7, the program show me the followind error:

4GL run-time error number -23112.
Place holder for invalid GCV argument.

finderr 23112
-23112 Place holder for invalid GCV argument.

During code-set conversion, if both the input buffer and the output
buffer are of NULL length, code-set conversion does not proceed, and
the conversion process terminates after this error is returned. Check
the logic of your application program.
