Hi

I installed Informix Dynamic Server 9.30 on my Redhat Linux 9 Machine.

The Server is runnig, after 2 days of hard Work. Now i want connect to the server via "dbaccess" but the
following error occurs on connection

"25584: Network driver cannot access the server program /home/informix/lib/on_severname.
No such file or directory"

can someone help me ??

Posting your sqlhosts file might help us solving the

Thank you for your help !!
But i solved the problem 1 hour ago.
The Problem was that the INFORMIXSERVER enviroment variable was not correctly set.

But i have still a problem i dont`t know where i can download the packages for the 4gl development and the sql runtime.

I seeked in the google but i didn`t find anything.

You can't simply download them.

You need official licenses. 4GL and ISQL runtimes are not available
for free. Contact your IBM IFMX sales person.
