Hi All,

On my UNIX server are running
INFORMIX-OnLine Version 5.10
INFORMIX-STAR Version 5.10


I want to make connection to the Informix DB server from different computer running Windows operating system.
So I found and install Version 3.82 of IBM Informix ODBC Driver.
In its specification is written that it is compatible with
Informix Dynamic Server, Version 5.10
..............

When I try to make a sample DSN I could not connect to server.

Error number: 80004005 [Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]Client is not known to database server.
Error number: 80004005 [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed
Description = [Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]Client is not known to database server.


Can somebody tell me if this driver is correct and I am wrong with DSN configuration OR I need some other ODBC driver?
