Always got "908: Attempt to connect to database server <se_srvr> failed. Connection refused." Any help will be appriciated.

Server & client are on same Win2K machine with the following settings.

server setting:

After I changed to "seipcpip" protocol,
I can connect to se_srvr, created a database, a table by using DBAccess.

But still no luck to make a ODBC connection.

BTW, userid/pwd should be windows userid/pwd, am I right?
