I need to do the backup the data every day, how can to do this job.

If You want to take backup in tape .I dont't know how to do it.But if You want to take backup of small tables You can better unload these tables to flat files with date as prefix or suffix everyday

I want to do the backup all table the database, my question is with ontape or on-bar.

Do you have any informix log processes running ?
If so are they ontape or onbar ?
You cannot mix them if you wish/have to restore at sometime
