ISM and onbar

Hi,

Two questions regarding onbar and ISM:

1) Am I correct saying that if I have LTO drives in a SAN, I cannot use ISM but must purchase a commercial tool such as Netvaul, Networker, Netbackup or TSM ?

2) I I use onbar to backup my database onto 4 different devices, can I restore if I have only 1 device at my backup site ?
