I need help with onmonitor. when I run it I get this error

Program stopped at "tb4_main.4gl", line number 71.
FORMS statement error number -1170

I know My TERM type is fine cos, it works on another server.
And how come oninit -ivy runs successfully?

Hi
Check the setting of your TERM environment variable and the setting of
your TERMCAP or TERMINFO environment variable.

The value in $TERM should be in the file $TERMCAP
PS.
oninit is not a curses program so it is NOT using the $TERM value
