When I try to start the Database I found the Message

Bootstrap information is not printed.

What does is mean?
How I fix it?

Redhat Linux 7..3
Informix 9.4.0

And how can I check the Database server status is running or not?

Hi Anan,

Never heard about bootstrap info.
To check the status of your database server enter the command
onstat -
Alternatviely check the log file too
onstat -m
You would get more info on ur logs. hope it helps
