I was wondering if anyone knew about the max user count at the end of an 'onstat -u' ?

What I was wondering if it also included the engine processes or not. From my investigations it seems to but just wanted confirmation.

The onstat -u it shows three points that is to say:
The amount of active sessions.
The amount at which they can arrive, this is dinamyc and it is
increased single.
And the greater amount of concurrent sessions that I detect myself.
The amount also included the engine processes.
