Question Termcap and Terminfo on RedHat Linux

Hi. I am having problems with control keys within 4ge applications. I am migrating from SCO Openserver to RedHat Enterprise Server. The version of Informix installed on the RedHat server is SE 7.25. The tools
are 7.32uc1. Does anyone know how to set termcap or terminfo for control keys to work properly through terminal emulators? Do I have to hack the termcap file?

Re: Termcap and Terminfo on RedHat Linux

If you want to use TERMINFO then set the following environment variable
INFORMIXTERM=terminfo
export INFORMIXTERM

the default setting for INFORMIXTERM is termcap
