ciphering data with informix

Hi,

Does someone know, if it's possible to cipher data in informix database.
I do NOT want to cipher data during transmission. All I want is to have all data in my database to be ciphered. Is it possible?
I'm affraid that it's not.
What is the name of this tool? (or driver or whatever it is)
I use IDS 7.31 and 9.40.
