Server crashing: Error msg says changing structure

We are trying to get an IDS 9.4 server up. We are running into this error message which causes the server to crash. On RH Linux 2.4 for server. Client running applications is on RH Linux 2.2.

Message with crash is: Changing data structure forced command termination.

Does anyone have any ideas?
