4GL and Shared Library

Hi all!

I want to call some 4GL function from a C program, the 4GL functions are in a shared library (.sl). The problem is, the program quits with a memory fault! If i call a 4GL function which is linked static to the program, the function works fine! What can i do? I'm using Informix on HP UX 11
