Univere 9.5.2.1r10

I am about to buy new server with win 2000 standard server i presently
have universe on an nt 4.0 server machine and plan to copy my dataflo database and my UV\UV folders to the new 2000 machine and then install universe. Could anyone tell me it Univere 9.5.2.1r10 is compatible with win2000 and if there is ant known issues.
