I have a server based at Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, in this server runs a Informix based database.
The ontape command return the following error:
"The device does not support the blocksize"

Fail code -1 errno -1

I verified the blocksize (512) of the device at the "onconfig" file and the device name, both are correct.
The device is a STT3401a (Seagate) 40gb Travan IDE/ATAPI.
I don´t have idea what is happening and what i can do to execute the ontape at this time.
If someone could help me i'll be very happy.
