ISA shows offline status

Hi All,

I am accessing Informix9.3 database through WebBrowser using ISA and Apache Webserver..
Although,my services are on but in the webbrowser is showing staus as "Off-line".
My database server is on the same machine on which am running ISA and no client has been installed.(which I hope I don't need).

Can anybody please resolve it.
