jdbc and new database

hi...

How can I create new database at informix database server with JDBC?

if DriverManager.getConnection(url), need the database's name?

for example:

url ="jdbc:informix-sqli://website:1533:INFORMIXSERVER=website;user=maq;passw ord=1243";
