Hello !
Can I check data and indexes on tables which are modified in current moment ?
How can I check it ?

Basically yes,

But this only works when tables are defined with lock mode row. On tables with page locks there will be placed lock on the object.

However I'm always very carefull running this on operational systems. I've seen some locks. Especially with data checks.
