Hello Friends.
I have a problem compiling 4gl programs.
I have a server Pseries model 7028-6c1 and recently I installed AIX 5.2 ( New and Complete overwrite).
This server have installed C for AIX version 5.0.1
and following Informix products: Informix IDS 9.40 FC2 and Informix 4GL version 7.32 FC2.
The problem is when I try to compile any 4GL program I obtain following message error:

|1506-005: (E) Error in message set 12, unable to retrieve message 865.
|ld: 0711-740 ERROR: Input file pru2.o:
| is a discontinued XCOFF64 file.
|ld: 0711-317 ERROR: Undefined symbol: .main
|ld: 0711-345 Use the -bloadmap or -bnoquiet option to obtain more information.
|


The specialist, who installs Informix products, tells us that The problem is because C lenguage is not in correct version respect to the version of the operating system ( AIX v 5.2).
I am not sure about that and I hope you can help me to resolv this problem.
