Hi, I don't know if this is the right place, but may I ask all of you here if you have heard of Net Callback? It is a service in China that allows people to make international calls. Do you know anything about the service? I heard it is a "java" operated or something like that. If so please let me know, I need a second opinion about it. Thanks!
