search engine

I want to make a search engine for seaching some sites.
Is there any frameworks those can help me?
Is lucene for this?

For a full text search Lucene is very good. Many databases also have full text search capabilities, it all depends on what you want to do. You may also want to look at Nutch which is based on Lucene.
