i install oracle 11g . i want to create web project in netbeans 7 . i choose 'oracle weblogic server' but in section 'server location:' i dont khnow how to put that file. where is location of 'oracle weblogic server' ? how i can put it in server location?

presumably the server must exist on a physical server somewhere so you should be able to define its location. normally I'd expect that to be the IP Address of the server or it could be the servername

is there 'oracle weblogic server' inside the oracle software or i should download it? if this is please put the download link

not knowing Oracle, I suspect you may need to also install Oracle's weblogic server

Weblogic is a separate download and install from the Oracle database engine.
