Required Skills:

Microsoft Certification (MCSD or MCAD)
5+ years experience in VB, SQL
2+ years experience in COM/DCOM
2+ years experience in Crystal Reports
1 year experience in C#.net, ASP.net, ADO.net, Web services
3+ years experience with a Data Management application
Excellent analytical and architectural skills
