The critical skill beside the ETL & Ab Initio is the XML experience. If they do not have in depth experience developing XML packages, it is not going to be a fit

Required Skills
1) 5+ years ETL experience with 3+ years specific Ab Initio experience.
2) Graph development, wrapper script development, and Ab Initio EME extensibility.
3) 3+ yrs experience developing in a Unix environment
4 Experience with creating graphs to deliver .xml
Business Skills (Indicate Proficiency Level)
Required Skills
EXCELLENT communication skills
Ability to self-direct and take ownership is CRITICAL!

Experience with large-scale Data Integration development efforts
