Our client specializes, and is the foremost authority in the field of Investor Relations Database Applications, providing investment banking professionals with a web application that manages content and data, allowing them to manage their networks and identify solid investment banking information. Our client was named the nation's top financial content website by Forbes Magazine in 2003, for the second year in a row!

What we are looking for is a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player with the drive and ability to take on any task, no matter what. The web application is heavily populated with data, and therefore the DBA and DB Developer positions have been split into two separate, yet equally important roles. What we need is as follows:

SQL Developer

Will work on a team developing high-availability financial information systems. 3 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience and at least 5 years total of IT experience. The successful candidate Experience with high level SQL design for Visual Basic and web access is essential. The position requires working in a very motivated environment with other programmers and performing as a team. The ability to work well with all customers, internal and external, is required.

Qualifications/Experience

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Business Administration
5+ years experience in technology, 3+ years SQL development with Microsoft SQL Server.
Specific, extensive experience with DTS packages, replication, permissions, complex stored procedures, triggers, and indexes.
Financial services sector experience is a plus, as is experience in DBA roles.
