Located in sunny Las Vegas, NV. We are currently seeking a Sr. Software Developer.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

•Extensive hands on experience in .NET (C# and VB.NET), ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server 2000, MSMQ, XML and web service.
•Mastering various methodologies of business requirement gathering, function decomposition and analysis to solve business problems quickly and gracefully.
•Able to communicate technical and business issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills and Qualifications:

•3-5 years experience
•Minimum 5 years in software application development, with demonstrated experience working with object oriented methodologies and participating in the design and development of large-scale enterprise level applications in a distributed/web computing environment.
•Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft .NET technology including Visual Studio .NET, C#, VB NET, ASP .NET and ADO .NET.
•Extensive knowledge of advanced software development techniques and SQL programming (stored procedures, triggers, views and DTS) is necessary.
•Preferably 2 or more years experience with payment industry or financial industry.
•Experience with Windows 2003 services including IIS, MSMQ, .NET Remoting and multithreaded programming.
•Experience with N-Tier architecture development, web infrastructure and security services, as well as performance tuning techniques for mission critical enterprise application development.
•Performance oriented experience of relational database design with SQL Server 2000. Database scripting using Transact SQL is required.
•Good exposure in software lifecycle methodology, agile development process and multiple concurrent releases development.
•Strong problem solving, good communication skills and excellent analytical capabilities are required.
•Must be a team player with the willingness and ability to put in extra effort to support explosive growth.
