3 week contract- Access database

I am the HR Manager for an Engineering company (power distribution design)

One our our clients is looking for a database in access to be developed. Simple project 3 weeks approximately.

What is the going hourly rate- We are looking for someone who does contract work and has good references, potential for more assignments. This our "foot in the door" for an added service
