ettain group is presently reviewing resumes of Sr. level DB2 Database Administrators on behalf of our Vienna based client, the worlds largest credit union. This position is slated as a 6-month Contract-to-Hire, with every intention of hiring the ideal candidate full-time.

DB2 DBA will be responsible for maintaining the overall health and support of the database. There is a lot of opportunity in cross training this individual in support of many applications. This person will need to be able to run with a project and get up to speed fairly quick, as there are many hats to be worn. Will be working on DB2 Connect, to On-demand (reporting and archiving system), to Content Manager and inhouse systems assistance.

Required Skills:
- 3-10 years experience in DB2 (Mainframe- OS390, Prefers ZOS)
- Responsible for continuous improvement efforts through performance enhancements
- Must be a team player, and work with members of the team to accomplish desired tasks and deadlines
