Job Title: SQL SERVER SME / STORAGE ADMIN

JOB DESCRIPTION:
. This individual will be working onsite with the customer's Application SME to design, configure and test application solutions.
. He/she will also be required to analyze test results to come up with application solution best-practices.
. This individual will be working with the customer's Application SME to diagnose system configuration or application performance issues (with emphasis on storage systems in particular) to recommend workarounds or pinpoint product enhancements by conducting further experiments

JOB SKILLS:
. Strong technical knowledge of SQL Server 2005 with emphasis on the I/O systems of these applications.
. Storage Systems knowledge - RAID/NAS/Storage Software, FC/SCSI/iSCSI, etc
. Exposure to TPC-C & TPC-H Benchmark would be preferable
. Good communication and documentation skills are highly desirable in these individuals
. Overall 8 - 10 years of experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science
