OVERVIEW
We're in search of a Senior Oracle Reporting Engineer to help in the development of custom reports in conjunction with a company-wide ERP implementation and deployment. The position is located in NY City (midtown). Excellent benefits package with a very stable and well-known industry leader.

Primary responsibility will be the creation, modification and on-going support for the reports, meeting with business / functional clients, and writing both functional and technical specifications.

Will also assist in the creation of a reporting strategy and work with specific Oracle ERP reporting tools such as Oracle Discover, FSG (Financial Statement Generator), DBI (Daily Business Intelligence), and XML Publisher.

REQUIREMENTS
4-year degree
Strong business, communication and writing skills
Requirements gathering and data analysis skills
3 or more years hands-on experience in Oracle Financials reports development
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, data analysis, data modeling/view design, Oracle e-Business Suite, Oracle Reports 6i, Oracle Discoverer, and other reporting tools
3 plus years experience requirements gathering, functional design/specifications and data analysis
2 plus years with Oracle e-Business suite with knowledge of GL, AP, AR (PA desired).

Knowledge of UNIX, SML, and XSL is desirable.
