HERE’S WHAT WE NEED…

A Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer to support a government client in Arlington, VA. The Developer will work closely with Business Analysts to gather requirements from stakeholders and end-users, develop cubes and reports to provide the desired data analysis capabilities. Candidate will work with the user community to educate them on how to use tools to run their own reports, queries and analyze data. Position involves heavy customer contact. Developer should respond to and quickly resolve client service requests.

Requirements:

Must have or be able to obtain an Interim and Full Secret Clearance
Experience developing using PL/SQL and Cognos
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
Experience with SQL*Plus, UNIX (AIX), and PL/SQL

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is desirable.

Cognos DecisionStream data extraction tool
Understanding of Cognos Series 7, Transformer, PowerPlay, Cognos Query, Impromptu
Cognos ReportNet (Cognos ReportNet Query Studio and Report Studio)
