Job Title: Information Analyst
Job Description:
Research processes and write/design technical specifications to meet business requirements per SDLC standards. Identify and resolve procedural and process problems with applicable business areas. Develop and maintain information and documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems. Review system documentation to identify how a system might impact the business applications. Escalate issues as necessary and facilitate resolution. Develop business and technical subject matter expertise on business applications systems to design the optimal solutions to meet requirements. Work with business analysts to determine best sources of data. Write detailed Testcases for Testing a BI Datamart. Write Test plans and test strategies. Ability to follow all SDLC testing and design documentation. Must trace all testcases to requireements and understand what they are testing. We are not looking for a Machine to test our data but a highly intelligent, independent thinker to function on their own in a demanding environment. Exposure to The Client's CDW is preffered
Skill: Mid-level (3-7 yrs). Strong analytical, process and design skills. Strong data research and problem solving skills. Ability to function in a fast paced team environment. Must be detail oriented. Ability to multi-task. Ability to develop and maintain Strong working relationships. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to identify options and make recommendations. Exposure to the secondary Mortgage Market is a Must. Business Intelligence Experience with Complex data Marts. Individual Must be proficient in SAS or SQL technical capabilities data Warehousing Experience, MicroStrategy, and ClearQuest/ClearCase a plus. TestCase writing. DataAnalysis and data mining skills. MicroStrategy exsposure a plus
