We seek a J2EE experienced Software Engineer to help us continue to build and improve our product suite. The ideal candidate will have experience with full life cycle development in a J2EE environment along with strong communications skills. Daily responsibilities will be to build high quality components for the CLIENT Enterprise 6 product suite along with leveraging leading edge web technologies to solve challenging functional issues. Education / Experience Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems3+ years strong Java development experience. Strong knowledge of the underlying fundamentals of Java and how they are applied to minimize execution time and maximize performance. Data structure and modeling understanding and experience. Strong with relational databases. Experience in delivering high quality designs, high quality code and clear, complete and accurate unit test plans. Experience with a Time and Attendance, Workforce, payroll or HR systems is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skills.
