Job Description Software Development Manager
Client is seeking to hire a software development manager to lead our internal software development activities from requirements definition to software release. Our products are developed in the Microsoft .Net Framework using Visual Studio and MS SQL Server. Our team consists of 16 dedicated and experienced developers.

Experience Requirements:
. B.Sc. degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
. 3 years or more in managing small or medium-sized development teams
. 3 years or more in development of commercial software products
. Managing agile software development projects
. Developing applications in Microsoft Visual Studio .Net
. Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Solutions Framework

Other Qualifications:
. An in-depth understanding of different development processes
. Excellent communication skills
. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
. Experience with process control-related software is desirable
. U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency
