Perform job responsibilities independently with little supervision.
Working knowledge of UNIVERSE/UNIDATA/D3/PICK databases, ACCESS database (need to know one of these)
Working knowledge of UNIX/AIX, LINUX, WINDOWS OS
Working knowledge of INFO/BASIC, VISUAL BASIC, .NET
Ability to educate/train associates on computer/systems use.
Ability to maintain a professional, service attitude at all times.
Working knowledge of Network Protocols, TCP/IP, FTP
