Position:Fulltime/Permanent.

JAVA Software Developer, Senior - TS/SCI FS Poly

Requirements:
Looking for a senior Java developer to provide quick response to customer requests for web-based analytical systems.
Will work as part of a dynamic team using agile development methodology supporting mission critical systems that are being expanded and integrated.
The team works primarily at the CACI site in Fair Oaks, VA and occasionally at the client site.

Candidates must have skills in the following areas:
Java 1.4 / 1.5, CSS, JSP, HTML, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, Ajax.

Experience with the following areas a plus:
Yahoo! User Interface, Prototype/Windows Prototype, Apache Tomcat, JDBC, Oracle / Oracle Text, Plumtree Portal, Spring MVC or any other MVC framework, Active Directory / LDAP, Designing Skills.

**Current TS/SCI with Full scope polygraph clearance required.**

Description
Performs as the technical expert with thorough understanding of the business application of an assigned project.
Performs as a project lead with the responsibility for the instruction, assignment, direction, and monitoring of the performance of assigned software developers working on a specific project.
Assists in the scheduling and coordinating of projects and may be involved in the design phase of a project.
Works with customers and technical staff in the resolution of software problems and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
Participates in the development of software user manuals.
Requires bachelors degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.
