Java/Oracle Developers needed in Singapore

Global Logistics/Transportation – Java/Oracle Developer
Our client is a world class leader in logistics, and transportation services.
Working with a team of IT professionals, you will analyze, design, develop, implement and maintain IT systems that support our business operations, customers and corporate services. In addition, you will also manage projects which may be outsourced to vendors or done internally with contractors. You will troubleshoot issues and perform day-to-day operational support for existing systems.

Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years working experience in the area of application or web development in a dynamic environment
- Familiar with UNIX processing environment and working knowledge of shell scripts and utility tools
- Experience in using PL/SQL and has worked on Oracle 8i/9i database
- Programming experience in J2EE environment, such as WebLogic, SUNOne, WebSphere, preferably with some experience in Win2000 / Win 2003 set-up
- Proficient in EJB, JSP, Servlet, Java Bean, ASP, Java2, Swing & XML, J2EE
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
