Responsible for global BPM infrastructure server(s), network and end-user computing architecture

Explain benefits of the architecture to potential business users
Assist in the implementation of the solution if / when the business user buys in

Investigate applicability of current and new technologies to the requirements of target customer environments, and work with a small team to identify the best tech solution (re to cost, supportability, and scalability)

Identify IT support requirements for existing and new environment(s), and work with a small team to design a service delivery and management model which best meets those needs, and assist in the estimation of effort and monitoring/management tools required

Regarding Hyperion
• Provide SME during assessment and design activities
• Manage and initiative technical change control requirements
• Provide oversight (review and approval) of all operational and project-based technical activities that may impact the Hyperion Architecture
• Control and manage 3rd party technical resources during Hyperion implementations
• Participate in the periodic review of overall Hyperion support effectiveness
• Provide escalation assistance to Hyperion support resources
• Provide thought leadership around the Hyperion infrastructure
• Provide periodic architectural, performance, and usability review of the Hyperion infrastructure

Troubleshooting

• Application service/process failures
• Performance issues
• Consolidation performance
• Application connectivity failures
• Permission errors
• Client memory limitations
• Printing failures
• Data load failure (HAL and ETL processes)
• Application export issues
• Application copy errors (HFM copy, APP utility)

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Hyperion BPM suite of application architecture
• 10 years progressively responsible experience in design, build, and implementation of Windows environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows operating environments
• Experience working with products and service vendors, and outsourcing contracts
