He/She should be able to build trust, provide guidance while supporting our customers. Additionally, he/she will be a team lead by providing coaching, training, guidance and support.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with management to develop and lead a team
Validate junior team members development and analysis
Assist business in determining data needs based on business requirements
Build Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, SSIS Packages, PL/SQL Block, Functions, Database Triggers and SSRS reports
Develop, update and maintain databases to support data requirements
Create, manage and maintain application solutions
Lead liaison between the business and IT in system design and development
Monitor the database growth and space usage by determining data retention requirements and working with IT to ensure environment is not compromised
Plan and implement security user access and privileges for database objects/application data
Ensure reliable data archiving process is developed and executed
Identify system and data gaps
Business Process Improvement recommend solutions and best practices
Create and maintain development and report process documentation
Proactively validate data integrity

o Crystal Reports
o Visual Basic
o HTML, DHTML
