Job Description : ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSupporting Asset Management and support entitlement processes in production environment (MS SQL server)Data integration/migration among existing systems ? Work closely with Altiris Technical Support and Professional Services teams to identify and resolve issues and to mitigate impactSupporting ITIL processes and proceduresMaintain a high level technical expertise with Altiris and legacy solutionsEducation:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in an IT related field preferredExperience:5-7 years of experience in IT enterprise environment with focus in infrastructure operations Basic understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle management and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) 1+ years experience with IT desktop management or client systems in one or more of the following will get preference: Microsoft SMS; HP OpenView; IT Asset Management Systems experience (Altiris AMS and barcode solution, Asset Center, etc.) would be plus1+ years experience in one or more of the following will get preference: Automated inventory collection; Desktop service support and/or administration; Understanding of IMAC activities/processes; Complex change and/or release management Technical Skillstrong SQL & PL/SQL skills are MUST. Need at least 5-7 years of working experience.
