Summary of Duties
include:
* Facilitates a
strategic business effort to align training / organizational development,
organizational effectiveness and change management efforts for the County as
it designs and implements Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative;
* Articulates,
communicates and implements effective Enterprise Resource Planning efforts to
measure, monitor, evaluate and realign change strategies based on feedback;
* Develop subject
matter expertise in specific functional area to support effective targeted
communication, marketing, training, and organizational realignment leveraging
Oracle eBusiness functionality;
* Engages cross
functional teams to support key stakeholders expectations by addressing
As-Is Process flows, To-Be process flow, reviewing Fit Gap documentation
and To-Be process deltas; developing and conducting Lunch and Learns
sessions for stakeholders;
* Manages
stakeholder expectations and encourages positive behaviors in response to
operational and organizational change;
* Partners with
appropriate internal staff and utilizes communications technologies to
communicate understanding, monitor trends, address concerns and guides
development of tools to facilitate business processes;
* Assesses
operational and organizations needs through interviews, surveys and focus
groups to identify gaps and aligns related strategic initiatives to the County
Executives’ objectives and mission;
* Develops training
curriculum, job aides, training materials and conducts logistical planning and
scheduling for deployment of training;
* Develops
organizational metrics to baseline and measure success over time in
conjunction with stakeholders;
* Establishes strong
and credible relationship with management and employees to successfully build
trust, collaboration and integrity;
* Demonstrates
experience and knowledge of principles, practices, and systems of
organizational design, change management, and organizational development;
* Demonstrates
experience and knowledge of core business functions and processes, including
procurement, budget, financial management, human resources management and
experience in business process re-engineering activities.
