Responsibilities:

• Quality and integrity of data in the databases. Create, enhance, and maintain high performance, high availability desktop tools
• Business logic tiers and database applications
• Establish/maintain database designs; firm-wide database strategy; performance tuning; query optimization; procedures; applications; and documentation
• Develop/maintain data export and ETLs
• Database release process. Maintenance of development, testing, production environments
• Evaluate/recommend SW/HW components to improve database, data integrity, and application system performance
• Backup/recovery strategies; database maintenance and performance tuning; routine backup and recovery

Requirements:

• B.S., high GPA
• Knowledge of database development, maintenance and tuning, data modeling, n-tier architecture and data warehousing
• SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SQL Business Intelligence Tools, T-SQL
• Background in data ETL; data-tier systems development; database administration and development and data quality analysis

Plusses:

• Agile development methodologies, test driven development, spreadsheet application development
• Financial applications, trade management, market data analysis, portfolio management, accounting, or tax systems experience

Compensation:

• Salary: 95k - 110k
• Bonus - Up to 50% of base salary
• 401(k) dollar to dollar match up to $15K
