POSITION REQUIRED SKILLS:



BA/BS degree with two to four years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Daily Defined Contribution Plan record-keeping (401(k) preferred).
Background in accounting 401(k) record-keeping a plus.
Good understanding of operating procedures of investment products.
Ability / experience writing systems / program specifications and control procedures.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.


POSITION PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED):



Experience working with an IT department in a production environment.
Candidates with experience DC Systems a plus.
Project Management background Huge plus.




MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:



Coordinate the development, testing and implementation of new products and system enhancements as directed by the Systems Manager.
Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Work closely with all levels of management within the organization to define project requirements.
Write detailed design specifications.
Ensure enhancements meet established quality and end user needs.
Work closely with internal/external IT programmers to develop, test and implement new products/enhancements.
