SENIOR DATA WAREHOUSE ARCHITECT
ROLE
Design and implement:
- High-performance, cloud-based data warehouse and data mining operations
- Advanced analytics and business intelligence data infrastructure
Evaluate and implement a new column-store data warehouse appliance
Design and automate ETL for various data stores
Learn next-generation technologies, including real-time analytics, model-driven apps, rules-based decisioning, goal-based case management and self-configuring UIs
This is a hands-on role; you own data and related operations
REQUIRED
MS or PhD in Computer Science or comparable
5+ years experience as enterprise-level Data Architect
Excellent hands-on knowledge of:
- Data warehousing, OLAP and data mining infrastructure
- Business intelligence applications leveraging multi-dimensional, large datasets
- ETL and enterprise ontology
Expert understanding of core data concepts: metadata, retention, scalability, performance, integrity, availability, staging, accessibility, security, access/key management
PREFERRED
Experience with Tableau/VizQL, Hadoop, MPP data warehouse appliances and column-store databases
Rules engines and business process management platforms
SOA experience
COMPENSATION
Salary range: $130K-$150K/year plus stock options and performance-based bonus
