Skill Requirements:
1) Eight plus years experience working at a high level planning phase
2) Ability to scope out what is necessary to write an exclusive RFP
3) Extensive knowledge of hardware, infrastructure, connectivity, NOC, and disaster recovery
4) Effective communication and stellar writing skills are mandatory
5) Requires BS/BA degree
