For two Herndon positions I am looking for Java/MQ/XML/Unix/Web service/Tomcat designer developer, I will like to add requirement of MQ administration experience.



• Understanding of SOA, Interface Design using Web Services, SOAP Services and REST
• Understanding of Message based integration paradigm -- Point to Point, pub sub, request-
response, notification
• Expert knowledge of XML, XSL, XML based data structure and data interchange
• Detailed knowledge and experience of designing XML interfaces using XSD and WSDL
• Strong experience of Data Modeling using XML Schema and XML Data elements

• Application development experience using Java, J2EE, XML and integration platforms( SOAP, MQ, Web Services)
• Knowledge of Data Modeling techniques, patterns and best practices
• Experience of Data element design, maintenance & documentation of data models
• Ability to work with SMEs from different expert domains to understand business/data
models and incorporate them in XML Vocabulary

• Application development experience using Java, J2EE, XML and integration platforms
• Experience or understanding of various telecom domains like provisioning, Ordering,
Customer Care, Billing, Mediation etc..
• Experience of application design using Databases(Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL
• Strong communication Skills and Technical Documentation skills
• Seasoned professional willing to take responsibility and be able to deliver in a quick
paced environment
