Niche Technologists, Inc. is currently looking to hire a senior technical/analytical Business Objects Reports Developer – Analytics for an on-site project in NY City with an approximate duration of 4 months.

This is an internet/web application so any experience working on a fast-paced project in this space is a true plus, and should be pointed out if you apply.
Start date is sometime this month but will be preceded by interviews with the project team.

This role is responsible for developing reports, scorecards and dashboards using Business Objects XI R2. Will actively participate in data modeling to develop and maintain effective BI data repositories including data marts and universes. Applicants must have solid experience creating advanced and complex Business Objects reports, writing complex freehand SQL (Oracle preferred) for data validation and reporting.

Requirements
• 5+ years Business Objects experience in design and development of Universes and Reports.
• NOTE: Experience with BO XI R2 is mandatory.
• Experience developing scorecards and dashboards is desirable
• 5+ years writing complex (repeat, complex) SQL (Oracle preferred) to collect, analyze data, and test reports
• 2+ years experience in Consumer Web analytics. Any exposure to Mobile analytics is desirable
• Experience gathering analytical requirements from clients
• Ability to manage workload and work effectively with little supervision
• Communications must be strong (clear and concise) both orally and in writing
