A small Canadian company, (we're using their ERP at my place of employment,) has an MRP module written in Oracle C, (originally for v7 Oracle, I believe) and would like someone who is a strong Oracle C to review it, to identify potential problem areas in updating it to work on/with v11g. I believe that he's just trying to get an ballpark idea on the amount of effort needed.

The company owner asked if I could forward his email contact info to folks who could tackle this.
