This position provides process and solution leadership to global SCM Business Analysts and programmer, and leads development of strategic SCM vision.

Responsibilities include -

• Provides coaching and mentoring to Business Analysts and programmers
• Manages team’s work queues in Remedy
• Leads and schedules work and supervises related tasks
• Maintains relationships with global and regional IS and business units
• Assists in the interview process for additional staff
• Leads and ensures knowledge transfer within team and clients
• Leads SCM business process improvement
• Ensures effective use of version management with CVS
• Provides evaluation of new applications and software tools
• Uses Six Sigma approach to drive eliminating variability in production outcomes which are dependent on IS
• Supports the applications during testing of technical changes (e.g., patches and upgrades)

Experience required
• 7+ years SCM and/or supply chain IS experience
• 5+ years JDA IS experience
• 2+ years SAP exposure

Qualifications required
• English fluency, verbal and written
• APICS certification (or desire to achieve this certification)
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related
• Strong interpersonal (people) skills
